This module is used to define access rights of the different
modules by the admin to the
users. According to their access rights user can be classified
into three categories:-
Admin User: - Admin will register and define the workflow for use
of the application.
After the registration he will also make the logins for Agents &
QA for his project.
Once he is finished registering he can start uploading the image
folders on to the
application. After the uploading is finished the admin will be
asked to import the IPTC
header from the images. After these 2 steps the said folder will
be available in Image
Management. Admin can now go to image management module and assign
the folder
for keywording & captioning to the selective registered agents and
QA’s. After the
work is finished by QA, Admin can export the keyword information
from database to
the required format. Admin will also have access to various
reports for online
monitoring of performance.
QA user: QA user will have the access to QA module, category
module, tools module
and report module. He is authorized for the quality assurance of
the work done by the
Agents. After the agents finish a particular project, the images
will be available at QA
login to do the quality check.
Agent: Agents will have the lowest access rights to the system.
They are responsible for
keywording & captioning process, and they have the access to the
tools like Spell
Check, dictionary, thesaurus and category manager for higher
productivity and greater
efficiency.
